Maddy Taylor teaches the ‘Yoga to de-stress’ class on Thursdays. She has been practising ashtanga yoga regularly since 2010. In 2018 she wanted to expand her knowledge of yoga philosophy, asana and anatomy and took the teacher training with Evolve Yoga Training. Maddy has since undergone further training with Lisa Kaley-Isley on ‘Yoga for anxiety and depression’.

Maddy is passionate about well-being and helping people to heal, in body and mind. She is qualified in nutrition, sports massage and is currently studying a degree in clinical herbalism.
