Sixteen dedicated teachers deliver over twenty-five classes a week offering a selection of yoga, Pilates and meditation styles rooted in time-honoured traditions. We believe that yoga benefits everybody irrespective of age, flexibility, size, gender, and level of ability. Please see the time table and class descriptions for specific information.
